Serenity Psychotherapy is a welcoming therapy practice offering empowering mental health care in Connecticut and Michigan.

As a trauma specialist, I am dedicated to creating a nurturing space to support members of the LGBTQIA+ community, along with family members and allies. I also welcome people living with HIV and other chronic illnesses, as well as those in the helping professions.

It can be difficult to seek support when parts of ourselves may have been hurt or silenced in the past. If this has been your experience, you are welcome to reach out anytime, in all of your creativity, complexity, and authenticity.
